Umami Fusion Kitchen Review

We went today for the first time and were really impressed with everything. 

It’s not all GF but there is so much GF on the menu you feel like you can have almost everything.

When we booked we said one of the party was celiac. When they approached the table to go through the menu they were quick to tell us what celiac options were available and how the kitchen was set up for GF meal prep.

They do have a separate fryer but the meal prep area is the same. They do use different boards, utensils etc but they were clear that there is some non-GF food prepared in the space.

It was delicious. The shoestring fries, the salads, meat. All of it was yummy. It’s quite rich food but so yum. 

It’s not cheap but I’d go there again just for the salmon dish. Amazing raw salmon and delicious salad.
