When they approached the table to go through the menu they were quick to tell us what celiac options were available and how the kitchen was set up for GF meal prep.\n\nThey do have a separate fryer but the meal prep area is the same. They do use different boards, utensils etc but they were clear that there is some non-GF food prepared in the space.\n\nIt was delicious. The shoestring fries, the salads, meat. All of it was yummy. It's quite rich food but so yum. \n\nIt's not cheap but I'd go there again just for the salmon dish.
